Our History

Our team has decades of construction experience and is passionate about building great projects and relationships in the communities where we operate. We launched Progrus because we saw an opportunity to do things differently, building a business on a foundation of shared core values and creating a great experience in our industry, for employees and customers.

Progrus combines progress and us, reflecting our shared commitment to continuous improvement and always moving forward, and the belief we are stronger when we work together. Living our core values means using them to determine what’s right and wrong, guide our decisions, and help us achieve our business and project goals.

Our Values

Living our values to deliver value is the foundation upon which we’re building our business. We didn’t leave our core values in the meeting room where we first articulated them: they are embedded in everything we do, on project sites, at the office, and in our daily lives.
