Scope of Work:
Project includes land preparation, installation of new civil services to each of the three lots, insulated slab on grade foundations and prefabricated wall panels. The prefabricated wall panels have high insulation values, energy efficient windows and doors combined to meet or exceed BC Energy Step Code 5.
