Scope of Work:
Design and construction of four sixplex living units. 24 units, total including 4 fully accessible unit with 8 partially accessible units. Construction consists of an insulated main floor concrete slab, prefabricated wall panels, high efficiency windows, doors, and other building components. The units will meet Step Code 5 (Passive House equivalent).
