The health and safety of employees and site visitors is paramount, and we hold ourselves and each other accountable for following safety guidelines. All employees are encouraged to flag potential issues to keep everyone healthy and well. Our supervisors ensure staff have the training and competency to complete work safely.

Progrus is Large COR™ certified and we incorporate Occupational Safety Health Administration (OSHA) standards across the business and our projects. We work closely with WorkSafeBC, the National Safety Council (NSC), ISNetworld, eRailSafe, BC Construction Safety Alliance (BCSSA) and BC Forest Safety Council (SAFE).

Minimizing our environmental impact is critical in the way we build projects and is aligned with our commitment to the communities in which we work. Through our collaborative process, we work with environmental consultants and agencies to mitigate and prevent damage to the land and water around our worksites.
